The Chairman, Ambassador A F M Gousal Azam Sarker (Retd), is a seasoned diplomat with rich experience and track record of intricate negotiation skills and ability to work proactively in bilateral, multilateral and plurilateral contexts and settings.
An engineer and former Senior Secretary of the Government, Engr. Ziaul Ahsan, with experience in public administration and successful completion of the responsibility of running two Ministries of the country as Government Secretary and giving leadership as Chairman of the nuclear power plant mega project of the country is the Managing Director of SRI.
Mr. Md Ahsanul Kabir, a sound businessman of long experience in diverse field especially, solar
energy, trade, procurement and supply with wide connections and good will along with global
linkages and partnerships, is a pillar of the SRI supporting it with his business wisdom and
activism.
Likewise, Mr. Md. Zobaidul Islam Chowdhury is another seasoned businessman with special expertise in instituting industrial ventures and project creation who is benefiting the Company with his practical entrepreneurial knowledge and know how.
Mr. A Abdullah Al Mamun, Director-International of SRI, is in its Board with his fund of
international network and linkages and specialization in dealing with financing. He is strongly connected to international business conglomerates and civil societies and is poised to
contribute to the Company with technology, partnership and alliances from around the world.
Mr. Rashed Bin Sattar, an Engineer with academic background in IT, experience in institution building, and a seasoned business man of long experience having ease at working with the Army related companies, is a solid Director of SRI.
All the Directors as mentioned here have one thing in common which is their deep interest in and passion for broad agriculture and its allied fields. Together, they are forging ahead and engaged in creating business pathways. Getting involved in new businesses, they are also trying to help creating entrepreneurs and opening avenues for business ventures, startups and innovations for others in Agro and allied fields.
